The burgee of the Atlantic City Motor Boat Club is shown in Lloyd's Register of American Yachts. No other information is available there. The burgee is depicted as a ca. 2:3 very dark blue triangle, with four narrow red vertical bars.

At www.ebay.com/itm/151535111793 are two tickets from 1911 for sale from the Atlantic City Motor Boat Club, station: Venice Park, Atlantic City, N. J.. On them a flag is depicted as a ca. 1:2 very dark blue triangle, with eight narrow red vertical bars.
MotorBoating, August 1911, writes that the club is "now formally organized". It may be the longer flag is an early version, or that the drawing is supposed to be the club flag, rather than a burgee. Apart from Lloyd's, I saw no mention of the club after 1917. In the 1929 edition the
burgee is no longer shown.
