The flag is a white field with the township seal in the center, given the seal was adopted in 2024, the flag was adopted between then and April of 2025 as it was seen in the 2025 PSATS township flag parade.

Montgomery County adopted a new seal in March of 2024, the description is as follows: "The design is by resident Isabel Dreher, who also designed our current Autumn Festival logo. It shows the Knapp Farm House and the Champion Legacy Tree that is located on Knapp Road. The seal shows an appreciation for Montgomery Township’s history and serves as an important reminder that the progress we see today is rooted in the past. The seal complements our familiar “MT” logo, which you will continue seeing at events, on social media posts, and on promotional items."
