"It was confirmed at August, 19th, 2004 by the decision of
IV convocation XIX village council session. Azure; argent
horseshoe thorns from top to bottom with or paty cross inside,
accompanied above by or smaller paty cross, below by five or
fillet pales which tops form a semicircle an arch from top to
bottom. The author is Sergiy Tkachov.
The basis of a composition is the arms of the XVII century
village owner "Luba" or "Lubich". The
horseshoe is stylized as the Dnister river which washes
Horyglady. The cross above a horseshoe symbolizes the Odai
village which is located on high coast of the river and
subordinated to parent Horyglady church. Or pales are symbol of
fields. In the bottom of a cross they outline an oval in the
easter egg form - "village as if easter egg"."
