More political flags at in all images of this slideshow; a curious emblem made of concentrically growing red (or black) dots on a white flag is at:

(Later:) This is the emblem (and flags) of the Congress of the People, a center-left political party. Flags seem to be either white with emblem, or added with red round-corner square frame and black letters under the emblem, reading either «COP» or «Congress». UNC - United National Congress

image by Hemendra Bhola, 30 April 2025

The new flag of the United National Congress (UNC) has a yellow field with the UNC logo (the rising sun and three peaks) centered. Below is the logotype of the UNC with the ’N’ colored to reflect the national flag. The words ‘& PROUD’ are placed below the UNC acronym. The main flag uses the ‘& PROUD’ wording, however during election campaigns, this inscription (‘& PROUD’) can be removed, and others added in its place, such as constituency names, candidate names, the word ‘VOTE’, etc.

I saw this flag while looking at videos from the candidates in this year's UNC internal elections.
