Specifically in this 2025.12.25 article, at
https://www.sailsaudi.sa/en (image)
also at
https://ghostarchive.org/archive/ORDOs: the design reported by Toma is shown
as a tabletop flaglet.
The logo of this national-level Saudi entity is a
clever derivation of the national emblem, with the palm fronds seen behind a
stylized lateen rig sail and with two crossed elements at the bottom – waves
instead of swords. It notably also includes eight different shades of green
(incl. one for each of the seven
palm fronds), and one gradient between two of them (filling the waves).
The official website doesn’t seem to offer quality images of their logo:

At
https://saudipedia.com/en/saudi-sailing-federation
is more information and what
seems to be a sanctioned official image of the logo – direct link:
https://saudipedia.com.
At
https://member.sailsaudi.sa/centers/info/jeddah-sailing-school (so,
elsewhere in the official website) a version of the logo with different
Arabic text and typeface, and slightly different colors; see
https://storage.googleapis.com/ssf-live/center
At
https://seeklogo.com/vector-logo/382808/saudi-sailing-federation a
larger image of this logo is available. Seemingly accurate (indeed it is
apparently exported from an original, instead of just traced over, the
rasterized image with “ghost” RGB:FEFFFE and RGB:FEFFFF pixels that reveal
some underlying design elements), it however shows a different typeface,
different Arabic text, and some elements (namely the central side of the
fronds) are somehow set to render incorrectly – if not fully misdrawn.
