Description of the flag

The flag of Morgaushsky District is horizontally divided yellow over deep red, 1:3 by a wavy separation, with three 8-pointed stars in the yellow field and a white ribbon decorated with dark red 8-pointed stars from which arises a branch of oak with acorns in the middle and at each end three heads of wheat, all yellow.

A previously shown flag, green with a lily-of-the-valley flower, was just a project.
