Shield Argent, frigate Sable garnished Argent and rigged Gules, fed by branches of pine and cruising over three barrulets wavy Azure in base, accompanied in dexter chief by a grape Purpure leafed Vert and in sinister chief by a cogwheel Sable. Mural crown with five visible towers (city rank) and white scroll reading in black capitals "CIDADE DE AMORA".

Amora city is one of four communes of Seixal Municipality. It had 48 629 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 27,31 km².
