Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent and Azure, a basket Argent between two mountains issuant Or in base and a fleur-de-lis Or in chief. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "ARRIFANA - VILA NOVA DE POIARES".

Arrifana is one of the four communes of Vila Nova de Poiares Municipality; it had 1440 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 24,1 km².
