Shield Argent, in chief an embattled tower Gules masoned Argent, in base a wine press Sable garnished Argent, the whole flanked by three triplets of flax blossoms Azure seeded Or and both set in pale. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE ATALAIA E SAFURDÃO".
