It appears Los Herreras does not use a municipal flag.

The coat of arms was adopted in 1985. It has the same form as the coat of arms of the state, having a helmet at the top and a ribbon below in the National Colors. It reads the motto "In hospitalite fidelitas" [Loyal in hospitality]. The sides of the border depict a group of arrows, symbol of the Indians of the area. At the top are the years 1874, when it became a Villa, and 1985, the adoption of the coat of arms. At the bottom of the border is the name, LOS HERRERAS N.L. The upper-left section depicts the Municipal Building. The upper-right section depicts a crowned red rampant lion, symbol of the State. The lower-left section depicts the geography: the Cerro del Colorado hill, row of trees, bushes; in front, two cattle next to a stream, and a corn plant and other unidentified plant. In the lower-right section is an image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus church. In the center is an inescutcheon depicting two hands handshaking, symbolizing friendship and hospitality.
