The municipality informed me their municipal flag was adopted in 2022. It is white with the municipal coat of arms over it.

Coat of Arms

from Facebook

The council informed me they contacted different archives; such as the Municipal and Saltillo archives; of the state the General and Congress archives, and could not find information about the municipal coat of arms. Behind the shield is an eagle representing the Nationality with its wings open. At the bottom it holds onto a ribbon reading SIERRA MOJADA, COAHUILA. The border of the shield reads LA UNIFICACION ES FUERZA, LA FUERZA ES PROGRESO, EL PROGRESO ES BIENESTAR, ASI SE HACE PATRIA [UNIFICATION IS STRENGTH, STRENGTH IS PROGRESS, PROGRESS IS WELL-BEING, THAT IS HOW A NATION IS MADE]. The upper section depicts as a background the tunnel of a mine, having in front a crossed shovel and pick, tools of a miner (placed over these). In the lower-left, a deer bearing the sun and the flora and fauna of the desert (over sand, cactus and yucca). To the lower-right, an image of a cattle head, a prime economic activity here.
