On Thursday April 23, Mr. Bora "The Globetrotter" Milutinovič was appointed the Head Coach of the Iraqi National Football Team in order to lead it in the upcoming FIFA 2009 Confederations Cup. During the team's presentation at the Iraqi Football Association Headquarters, this flag could be seen.
