Flag of the University of Dubrovnik - as used

The University of Dubrovnik now uses a different flag. The flag used is one with the DU logo in various formations scattered across a red flag.

Flag of the University of Dubrovnik - first depiction

The symbols of the University of Dubrovnik are prescribed in Article 18 of the University Statutes, Statut Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku, last amended on 9 March 2012 (text).
The flag is in proportions 1:2, dark red with the silver "arms".
The "arms" of the University are circular, depicting the Baroque staircase named Uz Jezuite, in the centre of which is carved the inscription "Collegium Rhagusinum". In fact, the carved inscription would be so small in the depiction that it is only hinted at by a plaque. It is surrounded by the University name inscribed in Croatian and Latin.

This appears to be the first depiction of the flag as described in the university's 2012 statute, but there is no confirmation that it actually looked like that.

The flag that was used is very similar and can still be found on the web, including FAME.
