Tvornica željeznih vozila Gredelj d.o.o. (TŽV Gredelj = Railway Vehicle
Factory Gredelj) is a Croatian manufacturer of wagons and other railway
vehicles, trams and bogies based in Zagreb.
It was founded in 1894 as the
main workshop of the Hungarian State Railways for the repair and overhaul of
steam locomotives. Today, TŽV Gredelj realizes the largest part of its
production for the Croatian Railways. It is now named after the Croatian
national hero of the anti-fascist struggle, Janko Gredelj (1916-1941).
