Obrigheim Coat of Arms

Shield mantled, above right lozengy of Azure and Argent, above left Sable a lion rampant Or armed and tongued Gules, in base Gules a pall reversed Argent ending at its top in three balls Argent ordered 1:2.
Meaning:
Obrigheim belonged to the Palatine Electorate until 1802, symbolised by lion and lozenges of the Wittelsbach kin. The charge in base is a local symbol. One variant displayed the current pattern with additional tulips. The tulips were omitted in 1913.
